Why schools and parents use Kukuva
At a graduation or a school play, the room is full of parents holding up phones, each filming their own child. Afterwards every family has a few photos and nobody has the whole event. Kukuva gives the class or the school one album, so every family gets every moment: the procession, the speeches, the songs, the caps in the air.
How it works
Print the QR code on the programme or a poster at the entrance, or send the link through the class parents’ group. Parents scan and share photos and videos with no app and no account. Grandparents watching from abroad can open the link and follow the day as it happens.
For a graduation party or a prom, the live photo wall on a screen in the hall makes the night even more fun for the graduates.
Privacy comes first with children
School events involve children, and parents rightly care about where their photos end up. Kukuva helps you keep the album private:
- Album password (Pro), shared only with the families.
- Approve before it shows (Pro), so a teacher or a parent volunteer checks every upload.
- Turn off guests’ downloads (Pro) if the school prefers photos to stay in the album.
- Location removed from every shared photo, on every package.
- Unlisted. The album is reachable only by people with the QR code or link.

Your timeline
Two weeks before. The school or the parents’ committee creates the event, adds the school colours and logo, and sets a password. Invite a teacher or two as co-hosts.
The week before. Add the QR code to the programme and send the link and password to families.
On the day. A co-host approves uploads during the ceremony. At the party, show the wall on a screen.
After. Download the album and share it with families, or keep it as the class’s memory of the year.
