Kukuva is a shared photo album for events. Guests scan a QR code and add photos, videos and wishes from their own phones, and you can show them live on a TV or projector. Afterwards you keep everything. Kukuva is made in Cyprus by TKOCY LTD.

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera, or tap your link, and the album opens in their browser. There is no app to install and no sign-up. They can write their name with their photos, or leave it empty.

Yes, on any modern smartphone. iPhone HEIC photos, Live Photos, .mov videos and 4K video all work, as do ordinary photos and videos from Android phones. Guests don’t need to change any settings.

Kukuva uploads large files in parts. If the connection drops, the upload continues from where it stopped once the phone is back online. If your venue has guest Wi-Fi, print the network name next to your QR code to make uploads faster.

Yes. By default guests can browse the whole album, like their favourites and save photos to their phones. On Pro you can turn off guests’ downloads, make the album upload-only or protect it with a password.

English, Greek and Russian. You choose the language of your event, and every guest can switch to another one with a tap. The host dashboard is in English and Greek.

Open your event’s live photo wall link in a browser on a smart TV, or on a laptop connected to a TV or projector, and go full screen. New photos appear within seconds. The wall is included in every package. Test it at the venue before the guests arrive. More about the wall.

On every package you can hide, rotate, caption or delete anything, and remove items from the wall, in a tap. Deleted items can be restored for 30 days. On Pro you can also approve every upload before it appears in the album or on the wall.

Yes. Invite co-hosts by e-mail, such as your partner, a parent, a friend or your event planner. They sign in with their own account and can help moderate the album and the wall. Co-hosts are included in every package.

Design your code in your colours, then print ready-made table cards or an A4 poster straight from Kukuva. You can leave your logo off the prints. You can also download the code alone for your invitations, menus or signs, or simply share the link.

Uploads open at your event’s start time and stay open for 3 hours on Free, 9 days on Plus and 30 days on Pro. Set the start time to when your event really begins, for example the church ceremony.

Free costs nothing and needs no card. Plus is €49 and Pro is €99 per event, plus 19 % VAT. You pay once for the event. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Compare the packages.

Yes. Upgrade at any time, before or during your event, and you pay only the difference between the packages. Everything already in your album stays.

Each photo, video or message a guest adds is one upload. Free includes 150, Plus 400 and Pro has no limit. If your event reaches its limit, upgrade and guests can carry on, paying only the difference. Guests are unlimited on every package.

Pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal or bank transfer. Every payment comes with an invoice that shows 19 % Cyprus VAT, which is useful for companies.

Only people who have your QR code or link. Your album is not listed anywhere on Kukuva. On Pro you can add a password, make the album upload-only and approve every upload before it shows.

Your album is kept for 14 days on Free, 1 year on Plus and 2 years on Pro. We remind you before the storage time ends. After that the files are deleted from our servers, so download what you want to keep in time.

Photos and videos are stored in the European Union with Cloudflare R2. GPS location data is removed from the photos guests see and download. Hosts can also turn on two-step sign-in for their account.
