Why companies use Kukuva
Company events produce great content, but it is usually stuck on employees’ phones. Marketing asks for photos on Monday and gets six. With Kukuva, everyone shares during the event into one album you own, and your team has hundreds of real, candid photos for the newsletter, the intranet and social media by the next morning.
How it works
Put the QR code on tables, name badges, the stage screen or the bar. Guests scan with their phone camera and share photos and videos, with no app and no account. Your branding stays front and centre: your colours, your logo, your fonts, and on Pro your own link name and no Kukuva branding at all.
The live photo wall turns the main screen or a side TV into a feed of the night. It works well between speeches, during dinner and once the dance floor opens.
Control that a company needs
- Approve before it shows (Pro). Nothing appears in the album or on the wall until you or a colleague approves it.
- Remove from the wall in one tap, on every package.
- Album password and no downloads for guests (Pro), for internal events.
- Co-hosts. Invite colleagues from HR, marketing or the events agency to help moderate.
- Guest form. Ask guests a question when they join, such as their department, and on Pro export the answers as CSV.
Your timeline
Two to three weeks before. Create the event, add your logo, colours and a welcome message. On Pro choose a link name like album.kukuva.cy/acme-gala.
The week before. Print table cards and posters, or add the QR code to the agenda, the name badges and the stage slides. Ask the AV team for an HDMI input or a spare screen for the wall, and test the wall on the venue Wi-Fi.
On the night. Ask the host to introduce the album after the welcome speech. Run photo challenges such as “your team in one photo” or “a selfie with the CEO”. Give a small prize to the most liked photo.
The week after. Download everything in original quality and hand the best photos to marketing.
Which package fits
