Your event photographer can’t be in every room. Attendees are, and they are already taking photos of the slides, the panels, the stands and the people they meet. Kukuva turns those photos into one shared album for the whole event, and a live wall that shows the buzz of the day in the foyer.
How it works
Put the QR code on the badges, the programme, the stage slides between sessions and posters around the venue. Attendees scan with their phone camera and share photos and videos, without installing an app or creating an account. Guest pages speak English, Greek and Russian, which suits international audiences in Cyprus.
Run the live photo wall on a screen in the foyer, the coffee area or the exhibition hall. It shows new photos within seconds, with your QR code on screen for people who haven’t joined yet. Between sessions it gives people something to look at and talk about.
Built for professional events
- Approve before it shows (Pro), so nothing unplanned reaches the foyer screen.
- Your branding only (Pro). Your colours, logo and link name, no Kukuva branding.
- Event frames (Pro) with your conference name and logo on every photo attendees save and post.
- Uploads open for 30 days on Pro, covering multi-day events and the days after.
- Guest form. Ask attendees for their company or e-mail when they join, and on Pro export the answers as CSV.
- Co-hosts from your team or the exhibitors’ coordinator can help moderate.
Your timeline
A month before. Create the event with your brand, logo and a link name like album.kukuva.cy/techsummit. Write challenges such as “the best slide of the day” or “a photo at a sponsor’s stand”.
Two weeks before. Add the QR code to badges, the programme and posters. Agree with the AV team which screens will show the wall.
During the event. Ask the MC to mention the album in the opening session. Show the wall during breaks. A co-host approves uploads as they arrive.
After the event. Download all the photos in original quality for the recap article, the sponsors’ report and next year’s marketing.
