We believe in fair pricing—so you only pay when you actually use our service. If your event doesn’t go as planned or you decide not to use our platform, you’re eligible for a full refund (excluding any non-refundable payment processing fees).
This applies whether you cancel before your event begins or if no photos or videos are uploaded once the event starts.
